Vehicle hit-and-run that occurred on Riverside Pkwy moved up the area of Vista Grande Rd and Broadway. Victim vehicle followed the suspect vehicle to this location. One of the suspects has since fled the scene on foot, leaving his shoes in the road, possibly intoxicated.
Police are placing Scenic Elementary School on shelter-in-place due to the suspect being in that area.
